This rear end is out of a 1999 Ls1, but i have it in my 95 lt1 right now so it has the lt1 backing plates on it. Gears make a more noise then stock, but not bad. If you have a ls1 and you want this rear end, you just have to use your existing backing plates. This rear does have traction control, so if your an lt1 your abs light will be on. Prefer to sell in or around Stl area. I will do the install for extra. IM asking $300.00 for it. the gears are gm. thanks
