00 SS For Sale

Build #4805. Black with grey interior, originally a cloth interior car but has dealer installed leather. 39K miles, 6 speed, All GM options except CD changer. All SLP options. Auburn rear, Bilstien Suspension, Performance Exhaust, Chrome ZR1's, Synthetics, Floor mats, Key fob (only have one), car cover (missing when I bought it). Never smoked in, never raced, never abused, garage kept. Overall excellent condition. It is a daily driver, so there are a few minor issues here and there. Never any accidents, only paint work was the panel between the T-tops and hatch that was replaced under warranty due to epoxy causing pin head bubbles in the paint. No mods except CAGS eliminator. Looking for low $19K's.

Email me at ronc@hotsheet.com for further info.

Thanks!

Thanks! Keep in mind that this is a nearly full GM optioned, full SLP optioned SS that has not been modified, abused, or beat down the race track for half its life. Price may seem high, but try to find one that is not beat to death. It took me 7 months of searching all over the southeast to find this car. It is really a solid car, wish I could keep it. Besides, I am open to offers if you care to make one.

Hey---Never fear...19k is not out of line
I'm sure you should be able to get in the high 17's low 18's...Prices on this board i feel are very low becuase quantity is high!!!

Just sold my 1998 SS.... cloth, 38k miles, automatic, low optioned car. Very clean not a scratch...looks like an 02 in the condition its it. Ive taken good care and im a second owner...I got 15k dollars for it. Only money i spent on it was for new tires zo6 rims and strut brace and an extended warranty....borla and springs were on it when i got it from the original owner.... I got 15k for it which i think is awsome for an almost 8 year old car

Keep trying. I cant stop crying over selling it but its getting older and every year i keep it its gonna drop a couple grand in value...My first car and had it thru high school...

I'll be getting a camaro in a few years...either a clean 01 or a 1997 and convert it to the 98+ front end :-)

Good luck!
Erik

Thanks for the kind words. I am in the Conway area and work down off 441 south of Florida Mall. Been watching prices, and yes 19K is a bit high, but you get what you pay for! I am a bit more motivated right now, have a deal brewing on a really pristine C5. Can't keep both. Already have 4 cars in the driveway.

LOL Same way i was thinking. Guy brought me 15k cash...yes cash today! and signed the pink over and its gone. He only lives a few blocks from me. Its some middle eastern kid thats probably gonna beat the hell out of it which makes me sad but what can i do when hes gonna pay more than its worth? Ive got a dodge diesel truck, just picked up a IH scout diesel, and my parents cars and 2 old bugs....too much! i got so much i gotta plymouth duster project at my cousins house. You can only have so much
