Alright, well it all started about about 9-16-03 when 1QuickT-A was selling a bunch of items, i emailed him about purchasing a slp CAI from him, he agreed for 110 bucks and i sent out the money order. well a week past and i email him if he recieved it yet and i didnt recieve an aswer until 5-6 days later, he said he had not recieved it yet, i ask him to tell me when he gets it and he replys OK, couple days pass with no word from him so i email him again. he doest reply so on the 3rd day i email him again, no reply, 5 days later i email him again, no reply, so after 2 weeks or so with no reply i finaly get a message from him:

"Dude, chill out. I don't know why you are emailing me so much and
acting like I've run off with ur money. I have alot of stuff to do
everyday and just cause I haven't emailed you doesn't mean I'm stealing ur
damn money. You're gonna get ur slp cold air, but I can't drop everything
just to ship it out. And I can't check my email every single day, 10
times a day. Chill out its on its way.."

i reply with this:

dude, its been more than 2 weeks since i sent the
money order out,i know **** happens but atlest update
me every couple of days or so to let me know whats
goin on.
think about it if the roles where reveresed and you
where out more than 100 bucks, and the last time you
emailed me was on the 23, wich is 7 days ago. i dont
think im over reacting im just trying to get some info
on an item that i purchased. half a month ago.
it is your obligation to atleast tell me whats up with
the product that i purchased. i dont meen to be a dick
or anything or seem like i think your stealing my
money, and im sorry if you got that impression, i just
want to be updated every couple days or so or alteast
given a tracking number or something. anyways ill be
watching the mail the next couple of days. thanks

i am yet tp recieve a reply.

then i email him again 10-14-03 and have yet to recieve either a reply, product, or money back from him.

he hasent logged on since the 29 of september either but im pretty sure hes read my emails.

i have now contacted official authorities about this problem and am dealing with it.
i was wondering if any other person here has purchased anything from him or got ripped off aswell.

if the admins could please sticky this so i can get further info to forward to the officials that are dealing with this perhaps we could solve your problems aswell.

any info would be appreicated of if anyone here knows this person i would be greatfull if i was informed.

Man dude, good luck. All these negative deals on this board make me real unlikely to do any dealings any more. I just bought a N2O kit off a guy here, haven't got it yet, but at least he is communicating to me that he got the mail, he shipped it on friday, I'll see how it goes. I used paypal, so at least I have an out. Hopefully he will straighten this stuff out w/ya. Keep us posted!

will do, i recomend from now on EVERYONE on this board use paypal. it is the safest way to make deals over the net. especialy if the user is verified, i wont deal without it from now on. good luck on you nitruous, im sure youll get it perhaps the mods/owners of this site should talk to paypal and setup some kinda deal with em?? looks like a win win situation if they do

so do i, im not one that would keep a grudge, and if he truely is bussy i will understand, i wating 4 months to recieve a thermo from someone but he kept me updated the whole time i finaly received it today. and its completly understanble , i would also recomend dealing with him in the future, and if this person informs me of the situation and send the item in i will have no problem retracting all that i said, like i said, this whole post is to just clear things up and prevent anyone else from getting ripped off if he has ripped me off.

hey man, since hes got aol heres what you can do. if you have an aol thats awesoeme cuz you can send him email through your aol account and click the request reciept button and it will email you back telilng you when he checked it and read it. but if you dont have aol your not too sol yet. just get aim if you dont already have it and he proabalby gets on evveryday like most people do at night and you can catch him and talk to him then. call him also if you can get his number im sure you can some way or another. im sorry to hear about your bad deal going on. thanks for letting us know though. hope you get your cold air soon.

 

Ea, I wouldn't worry too much. Matt is a stand up guy he probably is just running behind a bit. He is a regular on our local message board (www.bhamfbody.com).

 

will do guys thanks for the support, i realy appreiciate it, i hope he does pull through, i dont mind waiting at all, thats not the prob, i just want to be re-assured by him that he will truely send it or atleast act in a legite manner. so far avoiding me and not emailing me is not convincing me that he wants to send it.
i know the mods always say to watch out buying and selling here but ever week or so we get numerous reports and posts of people getting ripped off here, i beleive the members and admins here should think about a sollution to all this,
perhaps have verified accounts here that you verify your adress name/number or something by liscene ID number or have a rating system or something so this doesnt happen as often.

 

I bought from him and recieved my stuff asap.. cars wrecked now though.. wonder whats goin on...

But, the reason that I lost contact with you via email is because I don't have a home phone anymore which enables me to use the computer. I have to go to a friends house and use his computer so thats why I haven't been online in a while. I didn't get any of your emails either. I share this account with a friend and I'm guessing he deleted all of the emails from the past 3-4 weeks..
