My buddy was wit his friend in a brand new A4 1.8T CVT. They pulled out onto this main road (50 zone) and it was right in front of some guy with an Escalade, pearl white. It's the kind of road that cars are always coming so if you see a gap you stomp it and go, so that's what the Audi did. So the Escalade driver gets pissed, Honks and puts on his high beams. My buddy and his friend in the Audi go "**** it," and change lanes to let the guy by. The guy sees this, switches lanes with them and tries to RAM them from behind. He guns it and comes at them WOT so they gun it to get away. Soon enough they're doing 140 in a 50 zone trying to get away from this nut ball who won't go away. So they slow down to make a turn, and the guy in the Escalade clips their rear, sending them flying into a fire hydrant. The hydrant sprays water everywhere and the Audi's all ****ed up now. The Escalade just keeps driving.
Now that just SUCKS.

 

The guy obviously snapped. Road rage happens everyday but I think reality sets in before people cross the line. I have come VERY close to doing the same thing. If people only knew how close they were to being implanted into the pavement.

That ran through my mind too. Maybe if the car started filling up with water and a naked blond had to smash out the side window with her silicone implants to save them from certain death, I wouldve bought it.

 

That dude in the Escalade is twacked. I have got mad driving before but to go as far as ramming some one is wayyyy to far. Sounds like that guy needs to "puff" to calm down. A buddy of mine gets really bad road rage when he drives into work, and he is only 15-20 mins from work(in traffic). He has been known to throw sandwiches, apples and oranges in traffic at other cars that cut him off or do something wrong to him. And then he wonders why he has no lunch and spends so much money on Subway.

No, they didn't get his plates. I'd assume it would be pretty hard if a big Escalade was coming up your *** to get them. But of course they might've been able to get them when they kissed the fire hydrant, eh?
Why would I even BS about this? There are some seriously ****ed up people out there, and this dude snapped. I think the insurance is paying for the car and hydrant, though I'm not too sure. If you absolutely call complete BS, I'll get around to taking some pics of the Audi if I ever get a chance to.

 

if this is true, SURELY there'd be witnesses? u say its a really busy road, well, if i saw this happen, i'd get the escalade's plate number, and give it to the guys + i'd be a witness... sounds fishy, if there's no one to back up their story/witnesses

u sure he didnt just get scared of the guy tailing him (not really going ape), then turn, the escalade didnt feel the tap, and ur friend just lost control cuz he's a kid driving a really nice car?

There are two witnesses who gave statements, yes. Nobody got his plates, though some how. I wasn't there so I don't know exactly what went down. I haven't seen the car yet but if there's damage to the back then surely the guy tapped them.
