Talking Yay! my dad says I can get a Camaro if i want!!

Whoooo hooo!! A Z28 is in my not-so-distant-future!!!!
I was thinking of a 95ish Z28 or maybe even an LS1, but then i got to thinking;
what if i got a fox body and invested insane amounts of money into it?
Which one should I do?

Not too many votes foe the Fox yet.

If I were your dad I'd have had you cutting the grass and begging for atleast a couple more years

just remember that mustangs get stolen insanely lots! for some reason anyways, with soo much in aftermarket it would be hard to get everything back, id stick with a lightly modded camaro. it would be just as fast, if not faster anyways

I'd go for the LS1. Fast and bone stock 300 rwhp.

Take it easy when you first get it, it will be a handful and you will scare yourself.

I got my T/A when I was 16. And it was a huge responsability at that age. The car was too much for me, lucky I didn't kill myself. But it's still with me, ticking away 9 years later.

HMMM....

LS1=high insurance, lota hp, easier to work on, warrenity (some), anything the before LT1 had problems with they were fixed with the LS1, fresh meat..most LT1's are bagged already, high insurance, less performance parts produced (for now)...no GMHTP write up's...and expensive

LT1=cheaper insurance, good hp, harder to work on, opti sucks, hard to find a good one, lotsa performance mods out there....and cheaper to buy...

5.0=cheap, easy to modify, butt ugly and a dime a dozen....

you choose what you want...don't let anyone choose for you...good luck

Go

Im kinda in the same situation as you man.......im 19 and getting my second camaro. My first was a 92 RS v-8 which wasnt neccessarily fast, but i loved it and was my first car at 16 years old. Now I am wanting to get a lt1 or possibly a ls1. I love what people are saying about the ls1, but i can get a lt1 so much cheaper. Im leaning towards the lt1 now because i would have more money to buy some performance parts. Does anyone think that the ls1 would be the way to go....and if so how much more would insurance be?
