This is still not a good price. The entire part of the scam is they keep the price high for a long time, then start to drop it a bit after everyone is used to paying too much. People start to think that it is a good deal, but iti si still too much. I say remember back to 1999 when it was 29.9 for a brief period. Now that was a good deal.

You're right that it's not a good price but I was paying 96 cents a litre for 92 octane only a few months ago so I'm a lot happier with 80 cents. To echo your comments, how about Imperial Oil (Esso) declaring a record profit for last quarter. What a coincidence. And they said oil prices were rising because of the cost of a barrel of crude.

I know gas is expensive, goes up and down and up again. But when you put up big bucks on a new f-body who cares? Where else can you get a thrill for a few cents by putting the pedal to the metal. I'm more pissed-off about the price of insurance, cost alot more than the gas you burn every month.

actaully i spend bout 100 bucks more on gas than i do on insurance and my insurance is 170.00 if gas would go down even to like 45-50 cents it could be around the same and i would be as happy as hell. i dont mind 170.00 for insurance considering how much our cars cost to fix.

Like bunker, I don't really care what gas costs, as long as I have an economical daily driver. My Camaro is just a toy.

Wow! $170/mo!

That makes me glad to have an older Camaro. It's just under 100/mo - the same as my daily driver 300D
