wtf, this little punk **** kid in the south richmond one told me (but i didnt believe him) that they dont rent them out, what a ****... so i asked him how do ppl do springs themselves, at home, so he said try a C-clamp, i told him where to go with that idea, what an idiot, i wanted to lower my car tomorrow, GRRR, now i'll be behind sched... (unless i go tonight and get one... hmmmm)
you cant rent them, but you can "borrow" them. you need to put down a deposit and then it gets returned to you after. i know cause i "borrowed" one from them a year ago. majority of people at canadian tire are morons, took four of them to find some silvania silverstar head lights once and three of them to figure out where they stocked the dielectric grease. so if you ask one guy and dont like what you hear ask three more till you get what your looking for.
They might not lend them out anymore. some places dont rent them anymore cause people didnt know how to use them. the Cdn tire in abby doesnt rent them and neither will there eze rent-it center. had to go all the way to mission to get one.
Try any of the eze rent-it centres around there thats where i got mine both times in missiom.
