yeah I don't know what that guy was doing... I suggested to Armen that we charge him under the MVA just like a cop would. With 4 witnesses, I am sure we could win.

As for the median, I was a few hundred feet back but he was close enough to kick up a big cloud of the dirt that sits on the road a few inches from the barrier.
