Hi all,

I'm seeing more video files on this board lately and I thought I'd make the offer I did years ago on the nw-fbody mailing list.

Since I work for a streaming media company I have access to a large amount of servers/bandwidth, therefore I'm willing to donate some of my time for the benefit of fellow camaro owners.

I can stream Windowsmedia (WM), RealMedia, or quicktime files, and as long as the traffic isn't outrageos I can do it for free (read - sending the clip to every car list on the www).

Send me an e-mail if interested, if you have files in digital format I'm sure I could send them through a encoder - tapes will take more time.

This really is the best way to view video files on the web.

what hosting company do you work for??

 

I work for INSINC (Interactive Netcasting Systems Inc.) - we originated as part of Dowco (my boss is part owner of that company with his dad).

We do more than just hosting - Streaming Video (Events from start to finish with chat/polling/slides/etc and re-occuring such as horse racing, etc), Videoconferencing, Web Hosting / Design, Carrier Services (Fiber, etc), etc.

A pretty exciting area to be involved in right now.
