So I finally have the motor back in with the new set of gapless rings. Started it up on Sunday with very minimal smoke which I expected for the first start and until I can get it driving again. Only problem is I cant get it running at anything lower than about 18 degrees advanced. I'm thinking maybe I installed the distributer one tooth off from number one.

Next is the rear. I hope to be joining some shows and crusises again mid to end of July.
