what actually does it count for? besides status?
I'll be over at the BCTFB board. It's new, and it's ours. We mostly all chat amongst ourselves anyways. Unless we are researching. and then we can go anywhere to do that.

Honestly... who cares how large your post count is. Build up your social skills so people know you better. Then your post count won't mean anything. Its just a number. If I went into ever topic and wrote stuff like "my cats breathe smells like cat food" I'd have 4000+ posts too.

 

Buddie you would never have as many posts as me, what matters is the fact that most of the stuff I buy off the board be it a BLOWER/HEADS/CAM etc... you know how I get it? I don't pay upfront, all I do is say "I'll pay you when I get it" you konw what the response is? "Sure no problem you seem to have a lot of activity on the board for a long time" & then I get that stuff shipped. most resent was a blower that came here first.

You try that with your 1500 posts.

Yeah... I guess if you can't make up your mind on what to do and keep buying other parts off the board you would benifit from a higher post count.

You are a knowledgable person and many people on the baord have benifited from your knowledge. Unfortunatley a lot of members also see you as a post *****.

I take pride in knowing that every post of those 1500 were related to the topic and not just random words.

 

Let's see how long it takes the PNW forum to lose its spot as the regional forum with the highest post count. Maybe Bunker can hold them off.

 

well not that it matters, but it is kinda nice to have someone up in this region of the country that I could possibly ask for parts from with out having to have a huge shipping bill. BUT if you guys are dead set on leaving don't feel guilty about it or anything.

 

I myself will be frequenting both boards regularly.
