Do the springs yourself, they are not that hard to do. Frustrating and time consuming yes, but if I can do it then anyone can do it
I also reccomend doing your shocks at the same time if you got the $$$ to do it.

go to "bc shock and strut" in surrey just over the pattulo bridge, very professional. ofcousre i would say just do it yourself but if you have to pay someone give them a call and get a quote from them.

Local shop will be anywhere from 200 to 300 for the job. Do the rears youself and take your front struts into a shop to change them over they will charge around 60 bucks to re/re the strut off the car. Or go to crappy tire and get a strut compressor tool for free and do it yourself. It really isnt that hard of a job and should only take a couple of hours for the unexperienced even. As for good shops they dont exist why do you think i do everything myslef
