i was reading some sigs, and i was just wondering what this means !egr... whats with the ! in front of somethings?

 

! comes from the world of comp sci and math .. it basically means NOT .. or neggation of something

like when ur coding C++ .. A = B means A is equal to B . and A != B means the opposite

so !EGR means not EGR .. means no EGR .. or EGR removed.. same with !AC and other things

Well maybe you should Maximize your window or get a bigger monitor or something.

 

The ! can also refer to some mod done that was essentially free, or homemade. Often !EGR, as in my case, refers to the fact that my EGR is still there, but the extension pipe into my intake has been trimmed to be less disruptive.

 

Maybe I should change mine...

I think that !fast_enough would apply to just about all of us, weather it's referring to a 14 second car or a 10 second car
