"Support, W/S Side Coupe"
w/T-Bar Roof R/L 10242691-2
wo/T-Bar Roof R/L 10150290-1

"Panel, Roof Inner"
w/T-Bar Roof 10262549
w/o T-Bar Roof 10273496

Interesting aside, the inner roof panel is a couple of hundred bucks for the non-T roof car and the same part for the T-roof car is over 400.
I'm not trying to pick a fight here; just trying to point out the structure is different in the two cars. It might be slight or simply gauge of steel but they are different.

i just looked them up in my parts cd, they both look the same.

maybe they had different part numbers for some reason but it seems under the hardtop its the same, why else would part numbers for a hardtop coupe have t top brackets inside? also t top weather striping channels?

Great links from Roy on the conversion but I bet it will be time consuming and harder than it looks. Not cheap either except new ones cost $1500.00 for a newer LS1. Don't screw up the job or they might leak. You'll probably spend more than a grand, I love t-tops and wouldn't own an f-body without them. Mine are off all the time in the summer or any nice warm day. I voted no cause I know Talos you really want a 4th gen.

You can turn your car into a 4th gen no problem, just where are you gonna turn up the cash? You need to plant a money tree in your yard and prey for it to grow.
