She's Alive!!!!

well, it turns out all the problems were due to the opti not put on properly. Shame on me for not checking....

Anyhow she runs well except for the usual exhaust leaks. I think she needs a reprogram though.

I would like to sincerely thank all of those who spent so many hours helping me. I am not going to thank anyone by name because I know I will forget someone... but all those who helped know who they are and I am in their debt. Shaun however deserves special thanks for giving me his garage for 5 whole days, and for spending time in there with me away from his family.

I will be making a donation to the foodbank of $100 as a small way of showing my gratitude.

So who needs help next?

Make sure you clean your car. This was probably it's way of saying how lazy it's owner is about the infrequent washes. Congrats..

she does feel slower down low. but I think past 2500 rpm she is just as strong, if not stronger, then before.

I think with a bit of tuning she will be up 10-20 HP over my old setup.

Definitely

Hey Matt... is a burnt plug wire a symptom of low rpm, under load, shuddering?

Ir's not a stumble, more like the more load I apply the shakier the motor/tranny get.

I will check the wires tonight, just wondering if the symptoms seem to be for a burnt wire.
