Saw BumbleBee in Seattle! Woohoo!!!

I showed up yesterday at the Seattle Auto Show just a few hours after it opened, and I was very pleased to see BumbleBee!

My first impression is that the car feels about as large as the last Camaro. I heard somewhere that BumbleBee is a GTO in Camaro clothing, and it certainly seems that way. It's got an independent rear that looks very similar to the GTO's. While the interior is kept very dark by tinted (plexiglass?) windows, I think I saw a familiar shape of the GTO rear seat back humps and what looked like part of the GTO center stack (3 round ***** for HVAC controls). Not sure if this is really the case though. Who cares -- The prototype is as beautiful in person as it is on paper (and screen).

I was a bit disappointed that there didn't seem to be any promo literature or any kind of limited souvenir, but I digress...Being able to see a long lost friend was more than worth the trip!

Yes the Bumble bee cars, are GTOS Frames. They cut the body off & put the Camaros on.

I went Yesterday & Was highly disappointed in the gal that was spouting stuff about the camaro. She kept telling everyone that the car would be out in early 09 (we know that) but as a 09 model Then kept saying that she didnt know what power train will be in the car but we can rest assure that the V8 LS2 will be in the car
