I custom made this screen for my old apartment, but unfortnately it is too small for my new place (deeper living room). I bought the screen material and built a frame for it and streched it over the frame. This is a solid piece, its completely flat and clean. You will just hang it on your wall like a painting. It measures 60" x 48" and the screen is 77" max. It cost me around $150 to build and quite some time stretching the screen material over the frame. It makes the picture brighter, the colors more saturated and its flat so if your wall has imperfections this will increase the quality of your image quite a bit. The quality is a lot better than the roll down screens, and a lot cheaper than to build another one or fix / paint your wall
