Cool Pre-Spring ALLOUT F-Body Meet!!!!

Ok guys and gals. As some of you already know, I got my drivers license back a few days ago. I had talked about this coming up meet before and now its final. WEATHER DEPENDING, I want ALL the cars out... NO EXCUSES. Get your car working. You have TWO WEEKS. The dates are... Feb 22 OR 23rd. Thats a Sat or Sunday. We have to agree on a date. If it rains... we're gonna reschedule to another week. I want a nice cruise, so thats what I'm gonna get. The following people should be coming if they don't sell out. Please add your name to the list and get your *** out.

Houman (thats me)
Mike (Sleeper)
Payam
Matt
Craig
Johnny
Shawn
Andy
Armen

there is NO excuse why you shouldn't come!
sorry if i miss someone...

If you're car has been sleeping.... wake her up.. its time.

If the weather is fine, I'd like to show. When is the planned drive and meeting site?

not decided yet... it all depends on you guys's inputs...

how about some ideas?

IF the weather is nice, i wouldn't mind a drive to whistler or something.. that would be nice.. or even to whiterock.. or squamish.. or white cliff, or downtown..

i hope you can make it chris, i saw the pics of your car and i fell in love!

where do you get the fuel rail covers from?
i want some!

Sunday would be MUCH better for me...

I know a few other non-f body guys that would definately come too. A '03 Cobra and what could be the most highly modded 2nd gen RX7 in in BC.

Andy

PS= A drive to Whistler wouldn't be too safe in our cars at this time of year.

..I got it

...we meet atthe Avalon for some lunch (discount offcourse)..some pizza, burgers etc....we leave around 2pm...over the Lion's Gate...through Stanley Park...back to the Denmin, down Robson...over the Burrard Street bridge through Kits along the Point Grey area then we meet at the last parking lot at Jericho Beach (towards the end on the road to UBC) you met there wait for the slow LT1's ...then we proceed through the road around UBC drive along Marine Drive..hop on the hwy. 99 via Oak Street bridge under the tunnel then a hwy burn to the last exit before the border..then we met the far east parking lot on the White Rock strip and wait for the slow LT1's....then chat and maybe head out to Cruiser's in Langley.....

How about everyone comes out my way........less traffic and lots of open roads. I'm not into stop and go city traffic all day.
White Rock would be OK I guess......
Harrison Hot Springs can be really beautiful this time of year.

Thanks for the opinion Houman. Thy're actually CS LS1 factory fuel rail covers, slightly trimmed to fit on an f-body. I can't take credit for the design, only for copying a good thing when I see it...

I like both sleeper and Pandamonkey's suggestions. Whistler might be a bit harsh still. The old Chilliwack-Harrison areas could be nice as there are a lot of open roads, though I'm not too familiar with them.

Andy, if you invite an '03 along, better warn him that everyone will want a piece of him... His car that is.

Cruises have no destinations, just aimless cruising..
