im just figuring out how im going to get power to the seats... from the battery. i have a small stereo... maybe plug into that power cable??? or just go right into the battery? is there a good wire i should get? heat stuff?
No, that motor in the seat is pretty hefty and power hungry. You better run it straight to the battery with some nice think gauge wire. If you connect it to your deck or cig lighter it will probably blow it or the fuses, use thick wire or else the power wire will arc and ground it'self killing you.
They do bolt up man, you just need to move the seat back and forth, try the passenger one. The driver one you'll probably have to connect so you can move it into position to bolt up.
Bolts have to line up with holes. Got it?

im doing the pass side first... the 2 rear mounting brakets don't line up!... i even messured my old seat and the new seats.... its wider on the seat... it would fit, if the right side bracket was turned around, but its rivited in.
Nate, they are just seats. Held down by 4 bolts. If I remember right 2 of the 4 line up and the other 2 you have to make new holes for. Use the biggest washers or steel plate you can find so they dont rip out of the floor in a wreck (seats are a safety feature too). As for the power they draw a LOT of amps so you will want a direct hookup to battery (with fuse or fusible link in between).
And Shaun, you do know you can delete your own posts right?

ya well it seems im going to have to get new holes drilled...
and what not... but i sure as hell is not going to drill any facking holes in my car... and none of u guys eather.... no shop will touch it eather.... just waiting for a call from performance automotive.
EDIT: as for the power, ill be getting thick gauge wire to a terminal box with fuses, then to the battery.
