what kind shoudl i get, and where from? the fram ones are too small. thats what i have on there now, but i would like to change my oil today/tomorrow so any recomendations would be great.
Go to walmart for all your shopping needs. And yeah for sure AC delco although i've always wanted to go to GM and pick up one of those black AC Delco gold planium something a rather cool oil filters. They look sweet!!
i didn't know walmart had acdelco. all ive ever seen there is fram. ive heard that the acdelco ones are better for our cars than the fram ones. no one i have ever asked likes the fram ones. ive heard the k&n ones are good, but i can only imagine the price. off to walmart i go
hmmm, now that i think of it i can't remember what kind of mobil1 i bought. 5 or 10?

The big PH-35 filter on our cars & its almost twice the size, LS1's dont' need a big filter cuz they are alluminum & their oil dones't get that hot like our cars, but then again Impala LT1's have small oil filters cuz of the oil cooler adapter.
Either way, only some walmarts sell AC-DELCO I know the one in north vancouver, does & some other places.

Another one for delco. The Fram ones are junk. They use cardboard endcaps in the filters. Delco also makes a synthetic fibre filter which is supposed to be pretty good as well. I just use the standard ones.
