If you were smart, you would scan for Neutron emissions, a big ship like that has to leave some behind. WHen you do find the emissions, use the ship's sensors to isolate the source of the Neutron emissions & launch a series of photon torpedos, that should take their propultions offline & penetrate their Hull. They will have to revert all power to structural intergrity which will make it impossible to initiate Warp speeds.
