Hey Sandeep , are these for 555RII Road race or did you want a something different like a drag out back ? For a daily driver the RII's might wear pretty fast ??

Hey twitch is there a tire that is comparable to the bfg KD. I havent ever looked at Nitto but if they got something close and the price is close, I might want to pick something up. 275/40zr17. Thanks

hmmm how fast is fast?
If the wear is too fast then maybe I'll consider just the 555s. I'm only going to be driving my car in the summer from now on and occasionally when it's a nice day out. How about a price for both. I'm also trying to get a hold of my buddy with the Z06 for his sizes. I know he needs tires and will definetly go for just the 555s for the right price.

oh yeah.. I just finished reading the umm comments on the rims. How about this.. I bought my rims for my car, nothing really fancy but IMHO really classy..... Gues how I felt when I didn't see them on any other car. Then one day..... I saw them on a HONDA PRELUDE ...... I would have been happier to see them on another TA or Z28. Oh well!!!

woah a lot has gone on in one day. the only way perry would have looked unique was if he shelled out for a custom one off, not that hes complaining johnny is. personally i didnt like the rims too much. but isnt that how we all judge what rims to get for our cars, we see how it looks like on another f body? local or not it was bound to happen. i know johnny is a stand up guy, perhaps perry should speak for himself if hes so upset over it.

Well, looks like I'm not going to be the only one with nittos now... You're all a bunch of copycats! Actually, I don't blame you.

Twitch, from what I understood before, Nitto wouldn't honour their warranties in Canada. That's why no one sold them. Has that changed?

I'll end up going to you next time.

The 555's would be the closest I suppose ( heres a link ) >>> http://www.nittotire.com/tires_555.asp . Definatly better for daily driving than the R II' s

I like the 555R II's performance wise for myself but they are soft so theres a definate trade off . Both are availible in the 275 40 ZR 17 size .

Nitto 555R II Road Race Tire
The sidewall construction is optimized for handling extreme lateral acceleration; vehicles may experience rougher riding when used for daily driving.
I can get you a price on BFG KD's if you want but the nittos would be the best bet price wise if we get alot of people going in .

Ill get you a price on both . I think the RII's may be too soft ( I saw your burnout video lol )

okay....how about this...

Perry, you are only aloud to drive your car east of the Port Mann, Delta and Richmond.

Dave, you get west of the Port Mann up to North Burnaby.

I get North Shore, and Down Town...I don;t need any competition for the most pimp TA around you know

Good call Chris ,

This is still current , Nitto will not honor there road hazzard warranty within Canada and this is why its such a hassle to get these up here . For this reason all tires will be sold as " off road use only " However , we should be able to register these in washington in the case of a waranty claim without issue . This is something Im still banging out with the supplier and I will have a definite answer very soon . . . . Also because I make the receipts you guys will all "live in washington" if there is a claim

neither of you are aloud at the track! Only SUPER fast Green TA's:P

No...seriously now, Perry has made it to the track once (correct me if I'm wrong) in the past 3 years, so i don;t think you have anything to worry about.
