Nitrous Rocks !!

After a super long weekend of wiring and plumbing and trouble shooting , I took it for a boot with the 100 shot jets Holy **** it gets up and goes now , cant wait for the 125 shot and maybe the open noid 150 if the a/f is ok . Im already thinking of adding a wet solinoid like some of the people on ls1.com , nothing too crazy . I think Im going to need a new clutch soon too . In second gear , starting from 1000 rpm in full throttle it does a little spinning and grabs untill 3000 ( msd pilled ) it tears a hole in the pavement at 3 grand and lays out sideways !! Im totally addicted to the kick in the *** power !! I cant wait to go back to mission and spin my tires some more

Bring on dyno day

Sounds like you found your true love! Lol! Whenever (if EVER!) we link up, you're going to have to give me a short ride man! I've never actually ridden in a nitrous car...

Thumbs up

Isn't it great, flick the switch and it is a whole new car Can't wait to see your dyno numbers

Hopefully I can sort out my hesitation problems this week and be ready to spray on the dyno, see if the LT1 can hold up to the LS1

Stupid car feels soooo slow with out the juice now though Definatly need a cam or something for more n/a power !! Im getting curious to see how much it puts down on the dyno now too . . . just hoping my clutch doesnt give it up right befor dyno day . That would suck !! I think the stock 02 clutches are supposed to be pretty good , I guess well see .

Hopefully I can sort out my hesitation problems this week and be ready to spray on the dyno, see if the LT1 can hold up to the LS1
Its like dyno wars

I'm considering NOS for my 2002 firehawk. I'll keep an eye on Twitchbitch to see how it goes on a new f-body. I don't want to bend any rods or blow my bottem end or any number of other things it might trash. I'll probably wait till next year after I run up a bunch of trouble free warranty miles on it first. I saw a nos system with switches and button in the ashtray on the console. That looked like a mean machine.
