newer camaro question
newer camaro question
does the diff housing and all mounting points the same for all 4th gen camaro's? so lets say can you put a 99' Z28 rear end into say a 95' V6??
i sure hope so

for the most part, the rears are interchangeable. However some of the newer 4th gens came with traction control, and thus have 4-channel ABS. You can run a 4-channel ABS on a car setup for 3-channel, but you won't have ABS unless you McGyver something up.
ABS is for pussies! lol j/k what about the actual brakes? can you just swap the old ones over? or yank the newer brake system and install it? i believe v6 95' has drums in the rear?
are the v6 ones posi? whats the ratio difference?
cuz i got a 95 camaro but i might have a LS1 coming soon so i want to do a trick azz swap, with a 6 speed!
but i was thinking of taking the rearend too. all outta a 99' Z
