Looking for something to do this weekend?

well Come on down to Lacey washington (about 2hrs south of Seattle) to a Large open car show. $20.00 to enter . 100% of the show money goes to the Spinal Cord Socitey
Classes last year were, Corvette, Trucks, Imports, Bikes (motorcycles) & then Best of Decade for the American Cars up to 80 & newer. I dont know if they were taking my suggestion on putting in a Camaro class and or making it 90 & newer.

This is the final show for these guys after 20yrs they car putting in the towel. Its a fun filled day. with live music from a small town rock band, food & games. maybe even be a portable dyno (they had one last year).

Wife/gf dont like car shows but likes collectables? well also there will be over 50 vendors with collectables & treasures.

Then after wards stick around for the Not so silent, silent auction.

For more information http://www.rocktowalk.org/
Directions:
Heading to Lacey on I-5 South: Take Exit 109, turn left onto Martin Way. Take Martin Way to Carpenter Road. Turn right onto Carpenter and follow approximately 3 miles to the fairgrounds. The fairgrounds will be on your left.

Heading to Lacey on I-5 North: Take Exit 109, turn right onto Martin Way. Take Martin to Carpenter Road. Turn right onto Carpenter and follow approximately 3 miles to the fairgrounds. The fairgrounds will be on your left.

Sounds like a good time and cruising down to Seattle area is always a great time, except for that speeder I got on the I-5 in north Seattle. Anyways, I have to work but I'll be down for some meets this summer. Hey krazzycowgirl, how about starting a thread letting us northerners know when all the big car-shows are happening, thanks.

Thank-you, Scott has signed alot of f-bodys and I want him to sign under my hood too. If he's gonna be around the Northwest I'll be there, with a marker in hand. Praise to the f-bodfather.

if there was more notice then maybe more people would be able to come out but with short notice on a long weekend a lot of people already have plans. sounds like a great time though for a very affordable price.
