It's my buddy's. He bought it at 17 and couldn't insure it because he couldn't afford it at the time, living on his own and all so it got put into storage. He's asking to low because it needs a new tire after the front one got shredded and a truck drove by and broke the mirror. But those are minor compared to the condition it's in.
