well i just got back from getting my oil, tranny fluid and rear diff fluid changed and when i asked the guy how much it was to get the tranny fluid changed he asked me if it was a manual and i told him yes. then when they are doing the under car inspection somehow my imaginary torque converter is sweating, i almost couldnt keep a straight face. where do they hire these guys.

What did he say when you told him there was no torque converter?

 

So you told him its an Auto? If so you'd of gotten charged more considering its way more expensive to change oil in an auto.

Well its confusing, first you say you told him its a Manual but he didn't see the TC but you have Manual don't you? ahh whatever.

 

i told him it was a manual he told me after that that my torque converter was sweating. see that was the funny part i dont have a TC.

 

OK that makes more sense. You said nothing in your original post about the person performing the inspection actually saying the TC was sweating.
