I need a new carb...anybody??i either need to rebuild or replace my carb on my 79...do any of you have anything lying around?

 

Squarebore or spreadbore? I got a stock 69 Qjet that I rebuilt uh, 6months ago or so just to aircare my camaro. Its in good shape. I am going to keep my holleys though.

i picked up a holley 600 cfm for $50 and rebuilt it when i had my 79

Sorry man, I found a guy who needs an early qjet and since they are getting harder to find in good shape Ill sell it to him. You will be better off using a later one. It will be cheaper and less likely to have throttle shaft slop. You got a Qjet on it now?

 

yeah its a qjet right now....i'll try to rebuild it i guess...i just hope my dumb *** doesn't **** it up
