i've always had issues with them when packages get sent out by UPS..

I have a pacakge just 30 mins away in a local facility waiting to be delivered.. but its in exception status since yesterday: left in facility..

wtf.. i called up and they say since it wasn't scanned today, it probably won't leave till tomrrow.

I have this sinking feeling about this..

Yes, anyway on a lighter note, UPS is pretty bad but like my previous venting on usps and canada mail ups is like the next best thing.

Never really sent anything out with fedex but i'm tempted to give them a try when I send some stuff out.
