I'm coming out for this as well with my girlfriend. Unfortunately I probably won't have my Camaro back (have a rental Hyundai Accent - OUCH) so I'll have to keep a low profile.

I wish I could make there with you guys. At first everyone said that they were going on the 17th so I took that day off. Gotta work tonight so I wont be there. I'm gonna go anyways on the saturday. NEO rules.

 

That might work for us too, Steve. Call me and we'll see if we can do the work on the 'hawks and still make it to the Hillcrest Sat. night.

 

What if it rains? Are we still going? I personally don;t feel like seeing an awesome movie like the matrix through my wipers.

 

i dont really want to go if it is raing to hard but it is supposed to clear up anyways and be nice till next friday partly cloudy. woo hoo i have a week off.

 

If it rains, feel free not to attend. If it really looks bad, I will likely not go either. Windshield wipers at a drive in for 5 hours doesn't seem right... though you could have your pick of parking stalls. Admittedly it is a fair weather event.

I hear the weather is supposed to improve later on. But, either way, I'll post what I am doing on this thread around 6:30 or so - that is, whether the rain is scaring me away or not.

 

Damn, not gonna make it in the camaro. This rear end is too noisy. Looks like I will have to pull it out and rebuild it. If its sunny out and someone has an empty seat let me know. I live very close to the drive in.
