Re: Hey, from Vancouver

That's a pretty sweet looking car......at least from that pic. Although I'm sure you can see every little imperfection in it.

305 or 350?
A4 or M5?

I guess if it's a 350 then it has an A4......

Re: Hey, from Vancouver

its a 305 TPI 5 speed, stock with a flowmaster, sounds good
yes all factory verts were 305 stock
its got Sportlines, clear markers now, painted Lambo Black with Blue pearl
got black carpet, door panels and anll plastics for it just need black leather seats
hopefully 18" chrome Irocs by summer

I'm working on the cosmetic **** right now,
when I'm done my apprenticeship, (2 more years)
its getting an LS1 6 speed,

dropping a mild 350 TPI into my bros 5 speed Iroc vert right now,
mild cam ported and polished intake and heads, fully balanced bottom end, fordged light weight pistons, might get a wet shot of nitrous
that'll be the 3rd small block we've build start to finish,

here's his car,
rolling 15" irocs, we got 16's for it and sportlines as well,
and the all important SFC's a must have when dropping a 350 in a vert

thats a 95 LT1 6 speed in the background, fairly wild motor, cam heads, gears anll the little stuff injectors fuel pump and what not, oh and 8psi of boost from a intercooled procharger system,

currenty looking for an LT1 corvette short or long block to start building a fordged and balanced bottom end for it,

so if anybody local has 1 drop me a line

Re: Hey, from Vancouver

you dont need a vette block to build a forged bottem end, a b body lt1 block would do. i may have a few kicking around, as may 95wagon.

Re: Hey, from Vancouver

you only need 4 bolt mains if your planning on making over 650 rwhp. besides, i fyou convert 2 bolt mains to splayed 4 bolt mains there stronger, and may be easier to find then a corvette block.

thanks I'll keep that in mind,

shooting for 500hp at the motor,
I'm thinking it'll be more once I tune the ECM right
