You're precisely right! I did a little research myself and e-mailed her with the 3 most expensive ads that I could find: $15,000, $16,000, and $17,000. The very next morning, she called me at work. She tried playing games again at first to see if I was on the ball. It actually turned into a big pissing match over the telephone until finally she cut the crap and said, "ohhh, I'm so sorry. I just realized that I was accidently reading you the original offer, again (f**king bull$hit, the #'s were altered by $200). The new offer is $13,800, plus a $966 tax voucher".

BINGO

I accepted, and off went my cheque. I pick it up tomorrow.

Moral of the story: Persistancy pays!

Good job bud !!

They go through special training to give you the shaft. They will try to low ball you on the value and then because you now have a claim, up your premiums through the roof so its win win for them. I hate ICBC .
