headers

i have a 1994 trans am gt lt-1 basiclay stock... any ideas on what type of headers to get? i hear hooker long tube are great or slp any susgustions would be apprecated thanks again

Yeah those are rare, but yeah there is trans am GT"s,

I'd get SLP's.

There is Trans Am GT and GTA, one of them has a wider body....don't know which is which though

gta are the old ones.....87 to 92 ........I dunno about the gt....but I think they are 4th gens and have a diffrent spoiler on them

Yes in 95 ythe TA's with the performance options 3.23 gears and tall spoiler were called "GT's" I don't know if all the T56 were GTs I don't know if they had the low rise spoiler or not but I believe they had 3.42 rears all of em. Unlike 93 where M6 had a 2:73 or 3:23 like the auto's.... anyway I'll shut up now..

Oh yeah the question. Think of what your long term goals are... Haven't heard too much good about the SLP fit install and plug access. I think if just a simple bolt on car I'd go with MAC's I have them and have been good to me ran times in the sig. I am however going to go to a better header and run the AZ-speed and Marines but they are a lot more $$$$. For instance I am selling my used Macs for $200. My new AZ and marines are going to cost 730!

Actually, GTs were available in 94 only.
