Head Gaskets and Head bolts?????

I'm going to be installing my heads next week and I have a couple Questions...
What head gaskets should I use?? I already purchased some felpro head gaskets, but I'm wondering if the factory GM ones are better????
Also, what is the stuff called that I need to coat the headbolts with before you torque them down???

head bolts should be coated with fresh oil or never-seeze.

use some thread sealer... some of the bolts contact water passages in the block and you dont want water to get into the bolt area lest it freezes and crack the block comer winter time. you also dont want the water getting into the oil in the valvecover area
