Great News......

not... filled up my tires last night cause they were a litle low on air. Checked them but only the outside, still some tread left so I didn't think I had to buy some new ones yet. After the gym im outside talking outside a friend's house and his cousin checks my tires, says the same thing. Then he sticks his hand and checks the inside and say "WTF" so I check, and I have the stell belting comming through!!!!!!
So know I need some new tires and I have no money. Anyone have and used 275/40/17 rubber I could buy for cheap? If not what would be the cheapest I could go? Kumho? I hate being cheap on my car but it needs to be cheap for now

-a very unhappy guy

Go to tire stores that advertize new/used tires. Buy whatever 17" used tires they have that will fit (probably around $25 per tire) and start saving for a real pair. Also dont roast your tires if you got no $$ to replace them . Sorry, had to say it.
Good Luck.

How am I supposed to know youre silly enough to drive a FWD? Anyways, not sure where your located but try the yellowpages, most guys will say new/used tires in the ads. Also auto wreckers may have some 17" . Ive used discount tire in S.surrey before. There is also a few Alpi's around that deal in tires... that may be one that 81formula is thinking about?
Fwd....... yeesh. Btw if the insides are wore out and the outsides are ok you have some toe/camber issues.

..head over he Alex Fraser and take the river road exit to the right of the bridge as you get off...once you come to the end of that road (there's a lumber place there) head west on river road..drive about 2 km and it's on your right....they have a crap load of good used tires..cheap too..there was a set of Pilot's with 90% for 99.00 each (275/40ZR/17)...

If you need them I got a pair of F1s (275s) at my place with probably 80% tread (used them only 12K km, and those were the light break in miles). Let me know. I could always bring them tomorrow.
