Just heading out to mission at about 6:00pm and cop pulls a u-turn behind me and comes up with his lights going. so i pull over turn off the car like i always do sothey wont hear it. so i ask him what im getting pulled over for and he goes, i have already seen a number of violations on this car. so i said, oh and what are those, and he says for starters you have no front plate. DAMN finally caught (or someone finally cared enough to waste both of or time to ull me over.) i also had both windows rolled downat the time. so first he tells me to start my car back up. little loud dont you think (i had my cutout open like always), but then he went right onto checking my windows he was sure i had put tint on. i told him i already had my tint taken off a while back but he would nt beleive it was the factory tint for some reason, but i guess when he put his paper behind it it wasnt to dark for him (jacka$$). then he goes and checks all my rear lights but not the fronts which is good cause i have a front turn signal out.

so all in all he wasted both of our time to give me a ticket for no front plate.and a notice and order for it also. which i thought they give you a notice and order to get it fixed before they fine you , so anyways it will get disputed like all others. i just cant figure out why im so popular with the cops lately.

this always happens, i dont get bothered for like a year and then i get pulled over like 4 times over a month it sucks. oh well

I got ticketed for no front plate as well last night! in north van. I havent had a ticket or violation in 7 years and the ****er still gives me the full fine. ****ing insulting to me.

I'm gunna dispute for sure just to make that jackass work for the money he is gunna take for me.

btw, you can't dispute a notice and order .. thats another $100 no matter what you do with it ..

i have been burned before also but i took it off again. same as ill do this time in about 6 months

a notice and order has no fine with it. and im not disputing it anyways im distuting the ticket. i got both for the same thing at the same time.

all i have to do is put the license plate back on and take it to the police station to show the that i have

 

I got the same notice and order.... get it put on within 14 days and show the police.

I will dispute the ticket anyway. If the cop doesnt show fine. If he does, I will waste his and the court's time (even tho I will plead guilty lol) as much as possible.

I went seven years without a ticket too then this year got one on the Surrey side of the Port Mann bridge, one entering Westbank near Kelowna where the speed drops down to 50k and one on the I-5 just north of Seattle. I could've bought almost two Valentine 1's for this oversight. I wont cry cause it's my fault but those damn front plate fines are

i was cruisin on the bypass @ like 12:30 am and nobody else around doing about 80-90 on there and this cop going the other direction was bored or somthing and decided to pull me over..

when i got the winter car on the road the cops have no problem w/ how i drive.. im pissed
