If I could afford it - I would get the GMMG mufflers.......
In combo with a quad tip pipes........

I say go for it!
All I've ever read about that system is great.

You guys picked two of my favorite set-ups, my choice would be the QTP lt headers but all three are top notch choices. Your choice should boil down to who will discount the most. Buy them on-line and have shipped to the Bellingham- Seattle area for the install like I might do with my new car audio.

it sounded quite tame.

ive heard soo much good things about the GMMG, that i might just fork over the cashola and buy it.

you want loud AND refined? U aren't going to beat a Borla in that case.

Did the Borla you heard have an open plate? a cat? they all make huge differences in the sounds.

GMMG sounds way better than the Borla IMO. It all depends on the sound your looking for. The headers, Xpipe and true duels by far is the best sounding exhaust system for the LS1.

No, but it looks like the plan in the near future. Do some searching on ls1com and ls1tech. There should be some sound clips there somewhere. It basically boils down to what sound your after. Personally I like the musclecar sound. Mean and to the point.
