First Time @ the track

Well i went to the Mission Friday and i got the following times. I know i must work on my launches and houman taught me how to shift that SOB

Run#1

R/T: .921
60': 2.788
1/4:14.040
MPH: 112.20

Run#2
R/T: .773
60':2.350
1/4:13.549
MPH:111.73

Run#3
R/T: .736
60':2.407
1/4:13.612
MPH:112.28

Run#4
R/T: .730
60':2.317
1/4:13.652
MPH:108.17

Very impressive Ollie those are some real high MPH numbers you're spitting out, don't forget to mention thats with a screened MAF hahaha.

although it did rain and it was delayed for about an hour?

thats pretty good mph .. must be the wing

back in the day when i only had a small cam like urs i ran 13.0 @ 110 .. with a 2.0 60' .. with some practic u should be able to break the 12s easy... phil did and he doesnt even have a cam

Nice mph with the hotcam.That's with stock heads right? Alot better than I thought. You should hit 12s with a bit more track time. Damn I need to mod my slug...too damn broke

With the trap speeds, you'll be in the 12's with a little practise. Those are great numbers. Was the track prepped 'not-so-good' last night? That can hurt your 60's, along with your technique.

Your engine is strong.

pretty fast MPH!
my buddy ran his best of 13.5 in his LS1 last year but it was like 4 mPH slower
i see 12's in your near future

no it wasn't prepared well @ all
it was raining till about 7pm then they let us on?
maybe that why?
we'll see what happens next time
i was using street tires also

The MPH is very good for just a Hotcam, you should easily get into the 12's if you can get some traction out of the hole
