It has been a long road with the tuning. New injectors, removed the FMU, re routed the fuel system, bought an LM1 to help dial in the A/F, but it was all worth it. James at Diablo Sport did an awesome job!
471 RWHP 442 RWTQ - Running 5psi of actual boost.
There is room to add some timing and lean it out .5 to 1 point (running 10.9-11.5 A/F) but it is a safe tune. Boy it idles perfect and runs as smoth as a stock motor.
I could not be happier. Thanks for letting me share, Todd

Congrats. Those are extraordinarily high numbers for only 5 pounds of boost and no cam upgrade. I don't think I've heard of anyone coming anywhere near that close (w/o 8 pounds and a cam to boot). Maybe 420...
Does that intake flow that much more? I know the results from most SLP LT runs show that they are not the most optimal headers either.
Helluva good looking beast. Lots of time invested I can believe.

those numbers are amazing for 5 psi, is there any head work? the sts kit at 5 psi puts down about 420 on stock motors.
EDIT:
just clicked on yoru links in your sig:
Weiand Polished LS6 Intake
Bosch 42# Injectors
SLP Stainless Ceramic Coated Long Tube Headers with Random Tech High Flowing Dual Cats
SLP 3” Y Pipe
Borla
TB Coolant Bypass Mod
Ported High Flow MAF Polished
3” Flow Tech Exhaust Cut Out
3” McCord Electric Power Plate
LM1 A/F Meter
if the sts dynos at around 420 at 5 psi stock then the addition of longtubes 3' y pipe, high flow maf, and tuning seems right on for your numbers. with a cam or head work youll be well over 500.
congrats on the numbers

Re: Finally the tuning is done, dynoed 471 RWHP
Thanks guys for compliments.
When I had no tuning and the 4# pulley (this kit actually showed 2-3#) I was at 396RWHP. After that I did some modding & had the boost checked against my gauge and it was accurate. The ATI kits never produce the boost they claim.
Honestly the boost may be 6#, sorry about that (not trying to mislead anyone), the gauge is small to read and I may be off looking at it. The 2-3 is accurate for almost 400rwhp, I had it checked. Also the intake dropped my boost when I added it, I am told it holds a greater volume of air which is better for my application. I can go on and on about my changes and how it effected this and that to get where I am now. It was tuff and frustrating at times.
I am sorry if my boost information may not be perfect but the 471 is, lol.
Again thanks.
