I was stopped at a red light, I didn't even see the new porsche beside me until the light turned green. He hit it but I responded quickly. He was up half a car length cause he caught me by surprize. I gave it everything I had with my 02 firehawk, even hit the rev limiter out of first cause I wasn't watching the tach. I was pulling up beside him and the road merges in one lane, my lane. My first instinct was to let him in before he hit me. No way, side by side he had to yield to me. I took that $150,000.00 Kraut machine and made him mine.

clearly the porsche driver cant drive..

i raced a GTP driven by guys with N in my v6 and beat em ... my car is slower than a GTP but just like a lot of things it boils down to experience

 

 

I forgot to mention that the right lane turns into a concrete wall. That added to the intensity. I was pulling up on him cause he had the jump on me.

 

A late model vanilla Carrera has about 300 rwhp, so it would be a good match for a 320 rwhp or so 02 firehawk.

If it was a turbo tho, with 450+ wheel HP, then yes he couldn't drive .

I smoked a Carrera S going up the cut a few weeks ago when I just had Nitrous (no blower) - what a great feeling

 

You know whats all kinds of gay , those goddamn boxters I tried to race a non turbo brand new style porche on dewdney but he wouldnt go it ( I checked for the turbo first ) I would have ripped him a new **** with my juice from a 50 punch . . . too bad

 

those non turbo boxsters are gay..i even beat one going up the coquihala...i killed it!! then a corvette passed us both

 

boxters are slow so i hope it wasn't a Boxster S your talking about.
i beat one the first weekend i had my car at like 60% throttle. still learning stick so i was shifting bad and at like 5k. that is how slow they are.

 

the boxters are pos one of my friends has one, he raced anotehr friend of mine in a 1990 nissan maxima and the maxima killed it with no problem, they even switched drivers made no difference.

 

If it was a 911 turbo or a 996 turbo.....you would of got killed

 

But it wasnt because the yuppie was posing . Non turbo porche's are like V6 mustangs and boxters = come out of the closet
