Angry Engine Sensor Fuse Keeps Blowing???

I'm complete my header install, but now a problem has arisen. The engine sensor fuse keeps blowing. Because of this, the MAF isn't getting any readings which makes the car missfire badly when I go past 1/4 throttle. Another thing that happens is the reverse solenoid in the transmission is staying out making it very difficult to put the car in reverse.

Shaun I know you did some research on the Engine sensor fuse
Any Ideas??????????????

PS. how is it blown? Is it melted? If so check the ground at the coil & connection where the fuse goes in, I bet thats your problem.

Ok I noticed that there is a wire or cable that got burnt from the header on the driver side. The wire or cable runs to the throttle body and it has hard plastic insulation. I can't check it out now cause I'm at work, but if this contains 2 or more wires inside they could be shorting out and causing the problem. I'll check after work.

Ok guys I fixed it

It was an air pump harness. I took out the air pump and the harness was dangling on the header. I cut the harness off and no more engine light
I do have some plug wire issues though. I don't think some wires are connected to the opti properly. That will all be sorted out after the Canucks game

Reverse lock out, to hard to go into reverse? I'm still trying to figure that one out if you find out what it is let me know.

Umm... Armen, he had a short, the short resulted in "engine sensor" fuse to blow, which takes the reverse lock-out solenoid off-line, when a new fuse goes in, the lock-out solenoid is fine until it blows again from the short. He also got a reverse lock out engine code when I scanned it, among other codes which are related to the "engine sensor" fuse. when it goes all its sensors go off line.

Yeah I no longer have the reverse lock out problem or the engine fuse problem, but I think I still have the MAF problem. The engine sputters when I give throttle.
