is there room for one more? i got a guy interested from vancouver stangers, his car is pretty stout. id like to get him in if we can, more inter-car relationship the better. it'd be nice to see a strong stang run the dyno first hand

ill take less time if it means fitting him in, but i think he wants a garuntee that he can run on sat. kind of a waste to go out there and not run, especially with the costs of day permits.

Anyone have a video camera for this?

I *may* be able to borrow a digital video cam from a guy here at work... I woudln't mind showing up to hang out and see you guys run on the dyno, I could film then as well...

lemme know if someone has it covered tho...

Jason, thanks for going to bat for me.

I can't promise my car will be ready for the dyno by then, but it will be close.

My problem is I can't drive the car until I get a permit, and I can't get a permit until I get a vehicle inspection,

And I can't get a vehicle inspection without exhaust on it

So I gotta get the car towed to a shop and have exhaust bent and my muffs welded on.

Do you any of you know a GOOD place to get a VI done that will pass things like no exhast ? Otherwise i'm gonna be spending $$$$$ just to tow this money pit around all over town.

 

I checked with my buddy here at work and he doesn't have his cam. another friend of his has a lend of it...

He suggested tho a place called 'Lens and Shutter' which rents video camera's... I'm sure you guys could rent one for pretty cheap for the day!

So thats an idea as well...

Sorry Guys, Just talked to Harvey only 8 cars allowed to run this day He doesn't have the time to do more cars that day. All of you who are interested in another dyno day, send me an e-mail and when we have enough interest I will set-up another one

Yes he has to leave as soon as he can he is running one of his cars out in a points race

I'd just love to few a few more of the cars out, and I think your car will put down some strong numbers. Maybe next time.

yea im saving up some money, or trying to, so i will be there for the next one for sure.

 

so are we just all going to meet up at the dyno? or meet up before hand? im not too sure whats going on yet, but i might be going to the lordco nationals at mission after to watch, if its nice out. so i might be doing my run early, not to sure yet, might just save it for sunday

p.s. anybody got/getting a video camera for may 3rd? i dont have one but this would be good footage to get on tape to put on the site or whatever, plus im sure everyone will chip in for the footage costs

 

oh, and i almost forgot to ad, whos all coming? to watch? just curious

 

I'll try and get my hands on one before then! I REALLY want footage also I also have a capture card so I can post the footage when it's done, if someone else takes the video.
