I would not mind PAYING for tuning time @ $200 per hour. In other words once all the club has finished up, I would not mind tagging on the end and pay harvey by the hour.

Let him know I have a FAST in case he balks at the LT1 Edit tuning delays

I too would rather tune by the hour rather than have the 3 pulls back to back. Is LT1 Edit really that slow? I guess he'll have to deal with it

Well you do a dyno pull, analyze the results, mess with LT1_Edit to setup a new tune, upload it (approx 5 minutes), and then dyno pull again. I doubt you would get much dyno time in because you cannot see the effects of your tune in real-time like you can with a FAST.
