With my shift kit and my baldazz tires I get a patch into 2nd everytime I'm on the throttle more than 40%. I can patch 3rd if Im on it really hard. But I havent done too many burn outs. Just as fun to lay a patch 40 ft from your launch.

i do burnouts all the time with my winter tires on, but i resist as much as i can with my summer tires cause they are $1100 for the pair. but i need new winter tires already from this winter and they are only 400 for the pair so im gonna roast them off right before i put my summers back on about the end of march. mith cheap tires i have to do burnouts every where

there is a video we put together last yr at sfu and part of a cruise. in that if you can find it you will see all who do burnouts, at least of who was there.

Not burning out here and not gay either. Just value the price of new tires and a new car. Small, quick burnouts of course but fully blown smoke shows no yet. I thinking of ordering new tires and rims and I only have 15k on these tires but when I order new ones I'll go for it. I'm thinking of some drag radials too for when I'm feelin bad and for the track.

sure .. i do smokey burnouts when i have my ET drags on in the burnout box ...

any other full out burnout is retarded IMO.. i think people who do full out smokeshows like that on street tires are the gay ones..

going sideways is always fun though

That's because I haven't really done them in my 02 bird. Done plenty in my old 70 RS SS split-bumper with over 400rwhp. Did some in my 95 TA after a couple of years and will do the same with this bird. If I bought a car just for smoke shows it wouldn't be a new one. I admire a good smoke show like most of us here.

Payam, I remember you getting all defencive when I said Houman was the burn out king (you thought you were)...then you said you would do a smoke show when you had those crappy 315's on your old ZR1's. You've done a 180 in your point of view within the year I guess.
