decision time .. help me out here guys

So i've hit some cross roads here .. that i need to cross

option 1) keep the car .. build a nasty motor for it .. get a FAST and another power adder like i've always wanted and make it even less streetable as it is (buy a trailer and a truck to boot)

option 2) take out some parts (nitrous, 12 bolt, seats, hals).. sell the car .. buy a 01+ WS6 (black on black and M6) and put a small cam, headers, nitrous and my 12 bolt in it and go 10s and be streetable

note: PERRY U SUCK

Wow... can't lose either way. If it were me, I would keep my car.
But dayum... those LS1's are nice!

You're the one who can't get over how superor the LS1 is as apposed to the LT1 when i talk to you, so i'd say you have to sell the LT1 to buy a high-performance GTI.
You heard what the guy workin' at Mopac said...

Dude, your asking us to choose between a "heavily sculpted" three tone 11 sec car that is 9 years old or a newer LS1 streetable WS6.
Hands down , I would pick the WS6. It's a better looking car , it's new, and it doesn't have as many issues. However it seems to me that you are "dreaming" out of frustration. Your car can still be very streetable and into the 10's if you want it to be. IMHO. If you want to spend the money, it'll cost you probably less to fix the zed, than to buy a WS6, however the headache, work, frustration , and wait time that you'll have to put up with, might not make it worthwhil to keep it. Hense, the decision to buy a no issue WS6.

Personally if I had the cash, I would part out my TA and buy a newer LS1 WS6 in a heart beat. I also use my car as a daily driver and the less it becomes streetable, the more tiring it gets to drive. I'm getting sick of that. I want to be able to enjoy the ride and be satisfied. Just my .02 cents though!

Don't tell me you fell for that line. They said the same thing to my cousin when he pulled in with his Sunfire, and said that he wanted to make it into a 12 sec car. Personally, I don't trust any of the guys at Mopac. They have screwed me in the past and they'll keep doing it until they are no longer the "big boys". Thank god for Best Buy!

You're just going through a little bit of what I call MOD-Life Crisis...

Its when you've been with the same car with the same problems for so long, you begin to fantasize about younger, prettier cars with less problems. But you MUST retain the rich history, the memorable moments and intimacy experienced with your current car.

HA, and who said there's nothing in common between cars and women?
