Cruising spots

Post your favorite cruising spots in the Lower Mainland here... it's hard to find decent spots with little to no heat (police) where you can really enjoy the fun of your Camaro.

A couple of my favorite's are down Pacific Highway (from Cloverdale down to about 8th Avenue in White Rock... you can really fly! Haven't seen much poe)...

Towards Abbotsford from Chilliwack.
Across the Abby Mission bridge.
Towards Dewdney.............then all the way to Harrison.
Through Agassiz to get back to Chilliwack.

Takes about 3 hours with an extended stop to walk along the beach in Harrsion.

Very scenic and has little lights and stop signs.

I also like going to Keromeos in the summer to pick up some fruit in the Camaro.
Nice long drive with the tops down........

I can't wait for summer to come.

I'll leave that one alone .
My favorite roads are in the abbotsford area in behind the glouchester industrial park. The people who went on the cruise out that way will know the ones I mean. There are a bunch of other roads in that area as well. They are close enough to my house that I can rip down them often enough to remember all the corners/bumps. Pretty fun when you got the roads memorized. Now if only I had a fast enough car .

If you want to take a day trip or a weekend trip I think the best place I have ever found is the place we go camping, Spences Bridge. If you take the #1 Hwy its about 30 mins before Cache Creek on the way to Kamploops. The whole drive is beautiful with alot of curves and alot of straightaways to get speeding tickets. The best part is when you get to Spences Bridge get off the #1 and take the Hwy towards Merrit. The drive from Spences to Merrit is about 30-45(if you stop to look around). The BEST roads and twisties I have found with great straights. Also alot of the roads are banked with nice long corners that come out to fast corners right away. I have always gone camping in a truck and always said I would like to come up in a street machine to have fun in the corners there. The best place I have found to have fun.

I like cruising through the tunnel at night with the top down at breakneck speeds.. lol

The Whistler drive in the summer is a blast so long as theres no traffic.
