There is a lot of groups in your area but I would say your best option would be http://www.teamnwfbody.org/ since I know a few guys from that group 
I am sure the members there can give you names of some very good shops if not give you enough info to tackle the jobs yourself

We are based out of lynnwood for the winter months but have servarl activites all over the state.
This saturday we are meeting at Triple XXX in Issaquah at 5pm.
Plus there are always shows that we are at every weekend of the summer months. Greenwood show is this weekend. Next weekend is Savron races at Pacific raceways. Then we have a Car show at the McChord Airshow.
If you need Tranny work or need to talk to someone about engine for racing get a hold of Ellis Groo Via Northwest Fbody , hes really knows his stuff.
