Calling people in vancouver

Hi, I haven't posted on this board for a long time and not sure exactly where I should post this so if it needs to be moved pleas move it to the appropriate section, but I owned a 97 camaro 3.8L. It is now totalled, a chick smoked it while it was parked on the street and wrote it off.

I'm am now looking for another fbody and there is one in BC, think it's vancouver, atleast according to the area code it is, that I am really thinking about getting. So I am wondering if anyone would be willing to go and look at it and take it for a spin for me and let me know how it is since I don't have the time to actually inspect it.

ok, never mind it just got sold. However if you could keep a look out for an fbody around the 9500 mark it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sure an inspection and test drive could be arranged in the future if there is anything alse out here. I'm not that current on LT1s myself, but I'd help out.

i actually had a look at this car about 6 months ago...and its still for sale! the interior wasn't in very good condition (besides the dash), the underneith of the roof was pretty ugly too. and the paint at the front was all cracked (although you can't see it on the pics). and the biggest drawback is its an auto!
i wasn't all that impressed over it.

I hope that is a VERY subjective opinion... as I consider that the biggest bonus of my car.

lol, thanks guys. By the sounds of it I wouldn't have wanted it. I'm now currently checking out a 98 Z28. It appearantly used to be a government car. So who knows what shape it is in, got a few friends going to look at it saturday. It's white with black stripes, 6 speed, loaded except ttops and leather, and has a new windsheild. From what the guy said the only problem is the drivers seat has a tear in it. It's got 200,000 kms on it and he wants 10 grand for it.
