Budget Brake & Muffler - Langley
I just wanted to say a few good words about the Budget Brake & Muffler in Langley (200th and Fraser Hwy). My y-pipe for my header system required some mods to it to make it fit - just some flaring of one end so that the headers and y-pipe would match up properly (stupid manufacturer
), nothing too major.
I expected to have to pay $10-20 bucks for the guy's time, or AT LEAST SOMETHING, but after they did it, they said "Don't worry about it. No charge." Like I said, wasn't a big job, but considering they didn't know me from a hole in the ground, that was damn fine of them to fix MY problem at no cost.
So thanks to Budget Brake & Muffler on 200th - the guys with the big Orange sign! I got to recommend them for future work.
And, thanks to CoryM for suggesting the shop. That was a good call.

I usually do my own exhaust work but I have had a few sunday evening panic jobs that I have taken to the guys in langley. THey usually do some flares etc for me while Im trying to rig up a cheap exhaust system (like that vega). They always charge a fair price which is why I recommended them. In fact last time it was $5 but I only had a $50 and he just said dont worry about it.
Good group of guys there.

The guy I spoke with there is Sam. I am uncertain if the do SFCs. Check though - if not, I will get the name of the shop that did my welding job in Langley.
