bmr a-arm help

Looking for some help on how to install these puppies.

I know that not everyone is a fan of these however, I will be installing them regardless of that and I need some input into them.

The uppers are pretty straitforward, but what has me concerned is the lower a-arms. The ones I have, have a rod end attachment for the bolt that attaches closer to the rear of the car.

What I am wondering is what does adjusting the lenght of the rod end accomplish, what is the "correct" setting and for the spot where the rear bolt goes in (rod end side), there is room to pull or push the lower a-arm out or in. What does adjusting that do and what is the "correct" setting?

And finally, if I am supposed to put it back exactly how it was before, how do I know what this is if the stock A-arms are already out? Do I adjust the A-arm rod end to measure the same as the stock and try to see if the spot where it bolted in is "marked", ie impression left from the fasteners?

Thanks for the help!!

I say match it up as close as you can to the stock A-arm and then well let whatever shop does your alignment get it perfect
